My interest in photography began when I got an old Brownie Hawkeye camera and took a Summer class on photography. I’m a big fan of Ansel Adams and nature photography. My obsession with sunsets began when I moved to New Mexico and experienced the wonderful expanse and light here. I’m working in time lapse photography to record the movement of the sun, clouds and stars. The advent of digital photography has made it that much easier to take photos and that much harder to whittle them down to a manageable number.

I started this blog as a compendium of my work largely as a result of turning 60 and also to store my work somewhere other than on social media sites.
