Once again, I’m happy to see our Red-tailed pair out hunting and hanging by the nest (even got a photo of the hawk chasing prey). There’s also a Brown-headed Cowbird couple who are regulars at the bird feeder. A Western Bluebird was caught munching a caterpillar and we saw a rarer Rocky Mountain Bluebird (they have all light blue breasts with no orange) on our daily walk. And the coyote pair I’ve photographed recently must have had pups since I snapped the Mom looking thinner and with teats as she was out hunting the Prairie Dogs. Spring is a great time to watch the critters go by!
