Lovely clouds over the mountains this evening.

Along with a waxing crescent Moon!

Here are a few photos of our trip to Europe last September. We flew to Munich and then took the train down to Mittenwald in the Bavarian Alps. Managed to do some hiking but the weather was rainy and I managed to wreck my knees. Still it was nice to see the mountains.

A short visit to Texas and lots of memories shared with good friends and family.

We had a very successful growing season this year. Our little raised beds grew plenty of kale, spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage and a huge amount of basil (there wont be any shortage of pesto). Our carrot crop was a different story. I might have started it a tad too late!

The storm is over and the shoveling begins. I took an interesting timelapse of the clouds where the lower layer went in one direction and the upper in another.
