The birds (and squirrels) of May.

A collection of the visitors to the bird bath (and one little Rock Squirrel). I sighted a new bird; a Black-Headed Grosbeak, although it may be a regular. It’s easy to confuse with the Rufous-sided Towhee. Now that it’s Spring, all sorts of little ones are showing up, including a bevy of House Finches that were learning to launch off our Russian Sage.
