Our first iris bloomed a few weeks ago and sadly due to the drought, precious few others have done so. We have a scallion that lasted all Winter and grown huge. It’s now blooming so maybe some seeds for the next monster. Our garden beds are mostly planted and the lettuce is going gangbusters. Now kale, spinach, squash and maybe a cabbage are starting to sprout.
